Neajsia Jones (nee-ay-zhuh) is reliable, dependable, punctual, and interactive with every member she serves. Parents and members love her, and she is a true team player. Neajsia's supervisor has shared that Neajsia communicates exceptionally well with her and never complains about anything. She’s always willing to help fill in when needed.

Neajsia shows great care and compassion toward the members, genuinely caring about their progress and well-being. She is honest, completes all paperwork accurately, and consistently meets all deadlines.

Neajsia follows up with her supervision on the members she’s served, even if it’s only been once. She handles obstacles in her assignments therapeutically, demonstrating exceptional patience, even with the most difficult tasks.

Neajsia is a standout employee—never calls out, comes to work on time, and often arrives early.
