She engages with her assigned member with genuine care and goes out of her way to assist other members without needing to be asked. Her willingness to help others and step in where support is needed reflects her heart for service.

One of Teshunna’s standout qualities is her initiative—she volunteers to keep the area clean when no one else does and maintains a calm, positive attitude even when situations become hectic. Her respect for supervisors, coworkers, and the members we serve is evident in every interaction.
